We kindly encourage customers to review sizing, design details, and order specifications carefully before completing their purchase. For any assistance regarding fit, fabric, or customisation, our team is happy to help prior to order placement.

Damage or Defective Product : 

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• A clear unboxing video or visual proof of the issue must be provided.
• Once reviewed and approved by our team, the eligible refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
